| Description: | Collective Media’s Technology Solutions Group licenses ad management technology and offers online reach extension to online publishers and ad networks seeking to improve and extend their online advertising capabilities. We are currently looking for an experienced salesperson to focus on selling reach extension to both existing and prospective technology customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Manage support team and implement systems to provide world class support to technology and reach extension customers, including: o Initial and ongoing training for customers. o Integration support for new customers to help them implement our solutions with their existing ad serving, publishing, and other systems. o Ongoing technical support to customers. * Develop processes and workflows for new projects and evolving teams * Develop and manage strong client relationships * Work effectively with colleagues in a range of internal departments * Work closely and provide input to product manager to define/prioritize new product releases. Requirements: * Strong understanding of online advertising industry and technology from either ad serving, targeting, optimization, or other technical perspective * Previous experience in support with online ad serving, targeting, or optimization company a plus. * Intelligent, outgoing individual with interpersonal skills and strong work ethic. * Willing to travel as needed to support sales, training, and support efforts. * Excellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skills * Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance * Comprehensive experience with MS Office a must * Bachelor's degree for accredited university * Minimum of 2 years experience in the advertising sales / advertising agency field a must.
