Responsibilities The Quattro Project Manager is a person passionate about customer satisfaction and success while carefully managing cost, schedule and performance issues, and has a proven ability to coordinate the implementation of a wide variety of project activities including building of mobile web sites and advertising units. It is essential that the PM is highly motivated, self-starting, extremely organized, detail oriented, and possesses outstanding communication and project management skills. This project manager’s responsibilities include:
• Managing the overall master schedule of all Customer projects and activities • Building, coordinating and executing project plans with staff, customers and vendors to ensure completion within budget and schedule constraints while meeting all performance requirements.
• Communicating frequently with project staff to monitor variances from project plans
• Providing regular status reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in the growth of the company by helping to develop business, reinforce company culture, recruit talent and develop positive partner relationships.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS in business, marketing, multimedia, project management or related field.
• Experience working in a creative, multimedia or advertising agency.
• 3+ years of customer focused project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage programs and projects. • In-depth knowledge of PM tracking processes and Work Breakdown Structure. • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach to managing complex projects.
• Proven teamwork skills to help deliver on-time, on-budget results.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
