Excellent organometallic and/or bioinorganic chemistry experience Cluster chemistry experience preferred, water soluble cluster chemistry even better! Ability to lead a team of chemists, project management Creative at designing novel compounds and synthesis routes Nucleic acid chemistry (labeling/modification) Isolating compounds at extremely high purity Some molecular biology experience a plus Will consider highly talented individuals with experience in other fields of chemistry
