Description:	Description As Quantcast’s Site Analytics and User Experience Analyst, you’ll put your extensive statistical and quantitative skills to work improving Quantcast’s services and offerings. These are sites that reach millions of people on a daily basis and bring massive amounts of data to the fingertips of advertising decision makers. This is an opportunity to own all data on usage of Quantcast’s sites and to deliver actionable insights to improve overall user experience. In this role, you’ll meld the art and science of user experience and site design with a deep quantitative background, psychological understanding and product management experience. This position interfaces closely with our web development, product development, marketing and customer service teams. Programming experience is a plus as the ideal candidate will write their own data collection jobs. The ideal candidate is interested getting their hands dirty as a part of a small team at a dynamic start-up with demonstrated growth potential. Responsibilities - Own data collection including design & implementation of A/B and multivariate testing across Quantcast sites - Design and conduct usability testing with focus groups - Analyze raw site data and test results to build and maintain metrics reports on site usage -Collaborate with development and design teams to optimize usability and user experience Requirements - Degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Mathematics or related field - 3 years quantitative experience in a quantitative capacity in a user experience, usability, or site analytics role - Strong working knowledge of site optimization using A/B and multivariate testing - Proven experience designing and conducting UX testing experiments - Excellent and demonstrable understanding of statistics and the principles of experiment design - Programming experience a plus - Start-up experience a plus
