Responsibilities * Direct responsibility for managing the company’s benefits program * Direct responsibility for managing compensation analysis, headcount reporting, and various other forms of people analysis * Introduce mission-critical policies and procedures while placing a strong emphasis on protecting the integrity the company’s culture * Quickly establish and maintain trust and credibility across all levels of the organization * Effectively leverage technology to improve the efficiency of the company’s people processes * Provide informed guidance on all areas of the company’s people operations mission Requirements * Bachelor’s degree required. A technical degree is a plus. * At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a successful start-up environment * Ability to consistently offer innovative solutions to people process challenges within the broader context of the organizations priorities and approach to problem-solving * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a high tolerance for ambiguity | |
