| PROJECT MANAGER | | myYearbook.com | | myYearbook, the best place to meet new people and one of the 30 most-trafficked sites in the United States, is looking for a smart, seasoned, and enthusiastic Project Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of and driving business results for critical myYearbook products and functionality.

With every myYearbook project designed and developed in-house, our project managers are instrumental in ensuring the success of a project throughout every phase of the project life-cycle, from inception through completion. Given our rapid growth rate and mission to build some of the most dynamic and innovative social applications in the world, we are looking for a top-notch Project Manager with proven experience in managing multiple projects and driving to timely delivery of quality products.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Own the project plan and launch dates for important myYearbook projects.
Lead cross-functional development teams comprising designers, developers, DBAs, quality assurance, customer support, finance, marketing/PR to launch and continuously improve features of the myYearbook web site.
Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of large-scale development projects.
Prioritize multiple projects while keeping each on track for on-time delivery.
Work with each product team to develop project plans, schedules, and estimates.
Provide project leadership, work direction, and feedback.
Identify risks and resolve issues that impact project completion.
Coordinate testing schedules with QA staff to ensure quality within project deadlines.
Utilize the company’s issue tracking software to manage projects through the development life-cycle.
Oversee in-house technical team working on development projects.
Execute product review and quality assurance according to our methodology.
Ensure proper execution of projects as measured by VP of Product Development and Director of Software Engineering.

| This is a full time permanent position located in New Hope, PA. This is not a contractor or telecommute position. All applicants must be a citizen of the U.S.
Must have at least three years of experience in product management, project management, or applications development management.
Proven track record of launching and improving consumer-facing Internet applications.
Must possess strong planning, coordination, people management, and communication skills with a positive team-oriented attitude.
Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task.
Maniacal attention to detail.
Must be able to effectively communicate with non-technical staff to gather requirements and with technical staff to implement those requirements.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Must possess a strong desire to work hard and have fun.
BA/BS required. MBA and/or engineering/CS degrees a plus.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies such as SCRUM is a plus.
