About The Position:
We are looking for social platform and application developers interested in building out the foundation which serves the myYearbook community. The myYearbook platform comprises core social networking, social application architecture, integrated advertising and management technology. As a web developer you will have the ability to write software, learn new technologies and work with an experienced team implementing the next generation of the social web.
This is a full-time, permanent position located in New Hope, PA. This is not a contract or telecommute position. All applicants must be a citizen of the U.S.
Requirements:
* Computer Science degree and 3+ years web development experience
* PHP, Javascript, & SQL programming experience
* Complete understanding of PHP5 object model
* Experience with jQuery or similar libraries
* Expertise in building web applications with AJAX, XHTML, CSS
* The desire to learn new technologies and creatively solve and research problems on your own .
Additional Preferred Experience:
* Experience building large scale systems with Apache/PHP/Memcache
* Experience with XML and XSLT
* Experience working with PostgreSQL
