The Senior Project Manager who will help shape this success story will be able to�
� Be a hands-on, technical Project Manager with solid experience in delivering technical consulting solutions.
� Utilize their 5+years of project management experience delivering full life cycle, medium to large-scale ERP/CRM, Mobility, or Wireless Application projects using a formal project methodology.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for interfacing with Antenna's customers and managing wireless implementation projects. He or she will develop detailed work plans and manage projects through completion. This person will also work with the customer to define and prioritize requirements and ensure that the activities of others meet deadlines and quality standards. This role may include direct supervision and coordination of the work of a small/medium sized team. Candidate should exhibit the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Minimum Requirements:
What you should bring to the table.
� Strong customer service skills and consulting experience.
� Experience in architecting and implementing mobile and wireless application architecture.
� Enterprise Application Integration expertise (front-end, middleware, back-end) and Experience with technologies such Web Services, EAI, XML, and HTTP.
� Experience with CRM systems (particularly SAP, Siebel and Clarify), including 2+ yrs with CRM Technical Architecture and Integration Technologies.
� Experience with other major CRM/ERP packages preferred.
� Skilled at Statement of Work with proposal development and delivery at the customer executive management level.
