As the first Director of Sales Operations working out of downtown Boston, your primary mission will be to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization. Your top tier MBA and strong sales management background will allow you to hit the ground running as you manage our inside sales group and tackle the first of many important initiatives: including, building an account management program, improving upon sales processes and policies, and developing a standard for metrics and reporting. Key to your success will be your ability to work closely with our Regional Directors, as you will be responsible for training new business development managers who are responsible for generating revenue in each region. We are growing rapidly, therefore your previous experience taking a $50mm company to a $500mm company will land your resume at the top of the pile.
