| Description Job responsibilities include: Drive team to successfully achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue quotas; establish and monitor weekly performance metrics. Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills and technical expertise. Hire, train and motivate sales staff to increase sales opportunities and deepen relationships with new and existing customers. Provide regular feedback and mentoring to staff regarding performance, educational development and professional advancement. Develop and refine tools for monitoring success and improving performance. Coordinate with other departments on technical, business and deployment issues. Provide regular reporting on staff efforts with performance metrics and client feedback. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills through all levels of communication. Contribute to the knowledgebase, Wiki and other RightScale resources to help build the best customer experience. Work closely with the team to ensure that all company and personal goals are met or exceeded. Job Requirements: 5-7 years sales management experience, Experience with SaaS sales and business models Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred Strong analytical skills Experience in developing sales reps early in their careers Excellent supervisory, communication and organization skills The ability to perform your own product demos Strong familiarity with Salesforce.com, and other PC software Tenacious drive for success; strong consultative sales experience Strong motivator with experience in building a team All candidates are expected to possess the following skill set: Self-starting learner who thrives under pressure and enjoys success Strong communication and collaboration skills used in a multi-disciplinary environment Dedication to individual development, challenging teamwork, and new technology Flexibility in a dynamically growing/evolving company | |
