As Zuora’s Sales Operations Specialist you will have had proven success in this role and be able to establish systems and processes to create efficiencies within the sales organization. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and create best practices for utilizing sales tools including Salesforce.com, InsideView, Hoovers, Jigsaw and WebEx 2. Ability to run required reports and assist with managing the order and quote process 3. Support a team of sales professionals with pre and post sales activities 4. Have a strong understanding of the Zuora solution Requirements: 1. Prior experience in a Sales Operations role, or equivalent, and a minimum of 3 years of business experience 2. Working understanding of Salesforce.com, InsideView, Hoovers, Jigsaw and WebEx, or like systems a plus 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding attention to detail 4. Ideally 3+ years experience in a high growth SaaS company 5. Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Salesforce.com a plus 6. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year University Position includes salary, stock options and benefits. | |
