About this Job
Are you a Twitter user who is familiar with all of its features? Do you love helping people? Twitter Support seeks someone experienced in web support, to help answer mail from users with aim to improve documentation based on received requests. You’ll revise and improve help documentation, work with cross functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of new documentation and updates to existing documentation.

You’ll be responsible for identifying points where documentation will improve user experience and efficiency, and organizing and completing projects with other cross functional teams. Strong background in help documentation (written, video, screencast, etc.) and a passion for helping explain new concepts or clarify confusing ones required!

Twitter Support is a small, dynamic team. Each person has a lot of responsibility, and a wide creative latitude. Problem solving, trouble shooting and liaising with the rest of the Twitter team is a major part of the job, in addition to helping as many users as possible as quickly and efficiently as possible. We're a passionate team of intensely motivated folks, seeking the same to join us!

Responsibilities

• Clear, professional, email communication with Twitter users
• Identify points where documentation will improve user experience and efficiency
• Organize and complete documentation projects with cross functional teams
• Creation of help materials, such as articles, screen casts, and videos

Qualifications

• Active, passionate Twitter user
• Excellent communication skills, phenomenal written skills
• Minimum of one year experience in online user support
• Previous, demonstrable experience with creation of online help resources
• Strong interest in technology/knowledge of the Internet industry
• Written and oral fluency in Spanish, French, Italian, German, or Portuguese
• Desired: Experience with policy work, or help resource project management
• Desired: Bachelors degree or higher
• Desired: Examples of community participation
• Desired: Any CSS, HTML, or Javascript knowledge
