We need disciplined, motivated, goal-oriented people who get satisfaction from getting things done. If you're analytical, proactive, determined and can bust spam with gusto, we'd like to speak to you! You'll be responsible for reducing a high volume of email requests in an efficient and timely fashion, and communicating frequently about new and known issues with a team of fellow enthusiasts. Comfort with and enjoyment of electronic communications is essential, experience in spam/abuse is preferred but not required. We're a passionate team of intensely motivated folks, seeking the same to join us! Responsibilities * Clear, friendly communication with Twitter users * Open, thorough, timely communication with your team * Work closely with spam team lead to resolve user issues * Resolution of issues in a quick and efficient manner * Researching, reproducing filing and tracking issues * Note trending spam types and help develop strategies * Communicate rules/violations to users clearly, objectively, patiently Qualifications * Excellent communication skills, phenomenal written skills * Comfort with modes of electronic communication (chat, video, Skype etc.) * Strong computer skills; detail oriented, organized and efficient * Strong interest in technology/knowledge of the Internet industry * Previous experience with customer support * Patience, determination, and grit Bonus Points * Active, passionate Twitter user * Familiarity with Trac and Campfire * Experience in abuse * Experience in spam About working at Twitter Twitter offers competitive salaries and full benefits, including health, dental, vacation, 401k, and stock options.
