Customer Intelligence Manager
 
Description:
Purpose
The Customer Intelligence Manager will analyze the dynamics and profiles of yoox.com and thecorner.com
customers in order to gather fundamental information about their buying behavior and surfing habits for the
implementation of more effective commercial and loyalty marketing strategies.
Main Duties
The position involves the following responsibilities:
- Developing innovative research and analysis methods to improve knowledge about customers in
terms of buying behavior, surfing habits, retention, etc.
- Defining actions geared to developing a virtuous circle of customer buying with direct marketing,
loyalty marketing strategies and differentiation of value added services by cluster.
- Using the information gathered for identifying new commercial opportunities such as editorial
publications, benchmarking or analysis of the sector.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years’ experience in CRM, market research, customer intelligence or
direct marketing. He or she has experience in the analysis of complex purchasing behavior and especially in
interpreting results and defining/implementing CRM actions.
Education
A college degree or equivalent experience.
Languages
Good knowledge of English.
Computer Skills
Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and advanced analytical instruments such as SQL, SPSS or SAS.
