| Monobrand is the YOOX Group division that manages monobrand online stores for key players in the fashion industry like DIESEL, Emporio Armani, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, etc. This division is growing rapidly, and its expansion depends on employees’ capabilities like every business in the service industry. The candidate will report to the Head of Store Management and provide assistance in coordinating production (cataloguing and photographing merchandise) and tech back-end. His or her main responsibility is ensuring that the merchandise is up for sale online in the best and quickest way possible. He or she will be part of a constantly evolving team with the unique opportunity to provide decisive input in defining processes and roles. The candidate will be responsible for the following activities for all monobrand online stores: - Sending orders according to product schedule and delivery deadlines - Planning merchandise arrival, processing and photo shoots, working closely with production - Writing weekly reports on work status - Liaising with TECH back-end for getting the products online - Contacting partner companies for the information necessary for online publication of merchandise PROFILE Requirements The ideal candidate has a degree in industrial engineering, economics, statistics or a similar degree (or without a university degree but with experience in administration or inventory management) Other requirements include: · Attention to detail and accuracy in daily activities · Excellent procedural skills · Skilled at multi-tasking · Strong inclination for teamwork · Able to work and interact effectively in an extremely dynamic environment · Good command of Microsoft Office Location Bologna | |
