| Qualifications: | Required Skills: • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent • 8+ years of experience designing, and developing applications for web properties • 4+ years of experience leading a development team • Expert knowledge in HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX development • Strong command of C# and the ASP.NET Framework • Must be self-motivated and able to work with little definition and supervision, and within a team • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong problem solving and debugging skills • Demonstrated creativity and intelligent thinking Desired Skills: • Programming experience with TCP/IP and other web related protocols • Networking knowledge and experience • Experience with offshore development teams | ||||||
