| Description: | We are looking for an individual who – will be able to provide us with discontinous improvement in our build and continuous integration infrastructure. This position includes responsibility for defining and implementing the release process and fully owning the build system across multiple product lines with several releases a year. A successful candidate will have a passion for correct process and life cycle for build management and a strong opinion on how to build software correctly. An ideal candidate can understand and follow Agile development life cycle. Responsibilities Do “whatever it takes” to ship Teamworks with a high degree of quality. In addition to owning the continuous integration and build systems, you will help design and deliver the frameworks required for frictionless testing by the development and quality teams. Our quality team works on multiple interleaved projects, which requires the ability to switch context in order to accommodate shifting priorities. There is no relocation for this position. All applicants must be local to Austin, Texas. | ||||||
| Qualifications: | * Computer Science degree and five years of experience or equivalent. * Proven ability to work autonomously while articulating and achieving key milestones during project. * Java programming – Must be able to pass a senior level technical screen. * Experience with Linux and at least 1 of the following o Microsoft Windows o Sun Solaris o IBM AIX o HPUX * Experience with Java application servers. * Experience with relational databases. * Shell scripting and build automation (Ant) experience. Desired Experience * Working knowledge of statistics. * Experience with Virtual Machine infrastructures | ||||||
