| Description: | Department: Sales Closing Date: Open Until Filled Location: Portland, OR Summary: The Support Renewal Representative is responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts to a specific region or account. Primary Responsibilities * Increase renewal sales for assigned region or account(s). * Close support renewal sales targeting a renewal rate of at least 85% based on the number of licenses that can be renewed. * Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's various products and maintenance contracts. * Make 60 to 80 customer contacts per day. * Keep daily record of calls and information requests sent. * Educate customers on business practices and associated contractual implications. * Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements. * Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements. * Maintain account team relationships, qualify accounts for upsell opportunities and transfer leads as appropriate. * Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested. Education and Experience * Strong understanding of Tripwire product features and benefits to customers. * Solid understanding of order processing and coordinating with functional departments. * Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere. * Strong written /verbal communications skills * Knowledge of PC use. * Experience using sales information databases. * College coursework required – BA or BS preferred. * Sales and/or customer service experience required. * 1-2 years Enterprise level software sales contract renewal experience. | ||||||
