| Description: | Department: Sales Closing Date: Open Until Filled Location: Portland, OR Summary: Responsibilities: * Meet or exceed revenue targets assigned to channel partners. * Develop business plan detailing key partner relationships with Tripwire, annual revenue targets, business development activities etc. * Submit monthly revenue forecasts with weekly updates with any significant changes to committed numbers. * Ensure that optimum numbers and types of partners (distributor(s) and resellers) are recruited in each country. * Act as a point of contact for distributors/resellers * Ensure that effective account plans are in place with distributors and direct resellers. * Develop distributor/reseller accreditation programs to ensure quality of service. * Organize appropriate product training for channel sales, technical and marketing personnel. * Drive lead generation activities with partner. * Develop robust and enduring business relationships at all levels within each key account. * Develop channel incentive programmes, as appropriate * Facilitate day-day sales engagements and involvement in strategic sales opportunities. * Promote good relations between Channel and Tripwire sales teams - resolve any conflict * Minimize intra-Channel conflict (deal registration etc) Essential Skills/Experience * At least 5 years channel management experience * Good understanding of two | ||||||
